National Accounts Manager

Role: National Account Manager

We are looking for outstanding Customer Sales and Service Representatives to join our growing team – especially people who are very passionate about making a big impact in other peoples’ lives with their work.

As National Account Manager you will be responsible for identifying and selling new distribution opportunities for Constant Therapy while creating and implementing expansion strategies to increase usage from the existing national accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Utilize available data to identify and create value propositions for new markets and customer segments
  • Develop and maintain C suite relationships for top down organization sales
  • Create strategies for increased clinician adoption of existing national accounts
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to deliver best in class customer experience
  • Institute training programs for more rapid onboarding of new participants and usage acceleration of current users
  • Identify, attend and participate in trade shows and conferences that exponentially grow the National Account portfolio
  • Develop clinical competency to create consultative selling opportunities

Daily Activities

  • Achieve activity goals
  • Engage current customers and prospects to promote Constant Therapy’s SaaS therapy services
  • Monitor the results for each national account and adjust strategy to achieve to assigned goals
  • Negotiate pricing and develop proposals
  • Generate and organize sales leads using
  • Use available data and reports optimize sales funnel
  • Provide status reports to sales management routinely
  • Keep informed on industry trends, services, and competitor activities
  • Maintain customer relationships to assigned accounts, acting as primary contact and re-directing to other departments as needed
  • Detail promotion and incentives to clinician/institutional customers
  • Provide feedback to the company for program modification

Education and Professional Experience Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree and/or at least 3 years of National Account Management healthcare sales are preferred but not mandatory.
