We are looking for outstanding Customer Sales and Service Representatives to join our growing team – especially people who are very passionate about making a big impact in other peoples’ lives with their work.

In the important position of Inside Sales Representative you will exceed your monthly, quarterly and annual subscription targets by introducing, engaging, advancing the usage patterns of newly identified and existing therapy clinicians and associated institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize available data to identify trends and further selling activities of clinicians and institutions
  • Proactively uncover more expansive clinician and institutional wide selling opportunities
  • Identify and inform the company of the necessary enhancements to achieve unprecedented success
  • Institute training programs for more rapid onboarding of new clinicians
  • Identify, attend and participate in trade shows and conferences that exponentially grow the user base of therapy clinicians
  • Develop clinical competency to create consultative selling opportunities
  • Possess “my next call could be my best call of the day” belief

Daily Activities

  • Contact new clinicians to welcome and provide onboarding and engagement support
  • Educate clinicians on program benefits
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with clinician and thought leaders to determine opportunities and barriers for (increased) usage
  • Quickly provide solutions to overcome customer barriers
  • Using available data and reports prioritize sales funnel for optimization
  • Detail promotions to clinicians
  • Provide feedback to the company for program modification
  • Deliver activity and sales goals
  • Utilize CRM to optimize selling opportunities
  • Quote large scale selling opportunities
  • Explore new and different sources of revenue and subscriptions

Necessary Skills

  • Strong writing and listening skills
  • Effective communication at both the clinician and director levels
  • Create needs based selling scenarios and identify opportunities for integration
  • Make meaning of available data
  • Knowledge of Google Office products and
  • A passion for working with clinicians who improve the lives stroke and traumatic brain injury survivors
  • A minimum of 20% travel is required

Education and Professional Experience Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree and/or at least 3 years of healthcare sales are preferred but not mandatory.
