have accepted our invitation to participate on our Clinician Advisory Board. In their 2 year terms they will help to ensure that Constant Therapy is providing you and your clients with most beneficial rehabilitation therapies and tools.

  • Jacob’s current position involves managing a team of speech therapists throughout Maryland, including in the home health setting, and in an outpatient clinic in Frederick, MD. Jake first began his career with the intention of working with children with autism, and has a long history of pediatric autism therapy, but quickly found himself fascinated by the neurological aspects of the adult populations. He now enjoys a mix of both pediatric and adult cases Although his greatest clinical interest is in cognitive rehab for neurological injuries and disorders, he has also completed certifications in VitalStim for dysphagia treatment, and LSVT Loud for Parkinson’s treatment.
  • Steve has 37 years in the field and is Board Certified by the Academy of Neurologic Communication Disorders and Sciences. He was an Assistant Professor at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia from 1995-1999. Before that, he was Director of the Intensive Aphasia Day Treatment Program at Gaylord Hospital in Wallingford Connecticut from 1993-1995. He is about to complete 16 years as an outpatient clinician at New England Rehabilitation Hospital of Portland, ME.
  • Carla is a Speech and Language Pathologist who works for Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She earned her Masters of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Clarion University and is nationally certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Working for the largest health care system in New Mexico, she serves a diverse population specializing in treating patients suffering from head and neck cancer, dysphagia, brain injury and other neurological diseases. Carla is active in Presbyterian’s Interprofessional Education and Practice Group and is a member of the Cancer Rehabilitation Team at MD Anderson.
